Each pod begins as a professionally finished, fully insulated structure. Beds, furniture, bathrooms, kitchenettes, heating systems and other fixtures can then be selected to suit the individual project.

Prices vary considerably according to location, size, facilities, season, guest capacity and the overall experience being offered.
At the time of writing, advertised Irish examples demonstrate that variation:

However, they suggest that approximately €150 to €190 per night could be a sensible starting range when researching the potential of a professionally presented accommodation pod.
Premium locations, private bathrooms, kitchen facilities, scenic views, hot tubs, saunas and other guest amenities may support higher rates. A more basic pod with shared facilities or limited services may command less.
What Could the Potential Rental Income Look Like?
Using a conservative illustrative nightly rate of €150, the potential gross income could look like this:

These figures are examples only and are not income projections or guarantees. Gross rental income is not the same as profit. Owners must account for expenses such as booking-platform fees, cleaning, laundry, electricity, insurance, maintenance, taxes, guest supplies and the cost of any additional services provided.
Occupancy will also fluctuate. A coastal pod might perform particularly well during summer, while accommodation near a major town, visitor attraction, wedding venue or business centre may experience a different booking pattern.
The calculation is straightforward: nightly rate × occupied nights = potential gross rental income. The more important work lies in researching local demand and understanding what guests in that particular area are willing to pay.
