Irish Sauna Company is an Irish manufacturer of commercial mobile saunas and bespoke outdoor wellness solutions, handcrafted at our purpose-built manufacturing facility in Corr na Móna, County Galway.

Our business began with a simple belief:

If we were going to build saunas, we were going to build them properly.

Not simply assemble imported units. Not put our name on products manufactured somewhere else.

We wanted to design and manufacture our own saunas here in Ireland, products built for Irish businesses, Irish communities and the realities of the Irish climate.

From our 900sqm manufacturing facility in the West of Ireland, our team designs, fabricates and finishes commercial mobile saunas and outdoor wellness products for customers throughout Ireland.

Our Roots Are in Timber Craftsmanship

Irish Sauna Company didn't begin with saunas. Our story is rooted in woodworking, bespoke furniture and timber craftsmanship.

Before establishing Irish Sauna Company, we spent years designing and making handcrafted timber products through Riverside Timber Craft. Working with timber every day taught us lessons that still influence how we manufacture today: how materials behave, why details matter, how to solve unusual design problems and why something made properly should feel different from something simply assembled.

That experience helped shape the craftsmanship led approach behind Irish Sauna Company. As our work developed, so did our ambition. We saw an opportunity to take those skills into a new area, designing and manufacturing premium saunas and outdoor wellness products specifically for the Irish market.

And today, Riverside Timber Craft is back too, once again producing handmade shelves, fireplace mantels, console tables and bespoke timber furniture for homes throughout Ireland.

Commercial Mobile Saunas Made in Ireland

Irish Sauna Company specialises in commercial mobile saunas built for businesses and organisations across Ireland. Our customers include:

• Mobile sauna operators and start ups
• Hotels and resorts
• Glamping and tourism businesses
• GAA, rugby and sports clubs
• Gyms and fitness centres
• Wellness centres and retreats
• Airbnb and hospitality operators
• Beach and lakeside sauna businesses
• Entrepreneurs entering Ireland's growing outdoor wellness market

Because we manufacture our saunas ourselves, customers can deal directly with the people responsible for building their unit, visit the workshop, see saunas under construction, look at the materials, ask questions and meet the people who will actually build your sauna.

More Than a Sauna

For many of our customers, buying a sauna isn't simply about buying a product. It's the beginning of something bigger.

For one customer, it might mean launching a mobile sauna business beside a beach or lake. For another, it's adding a premium wellness experience to a hotel, glamping site or tourism business. For a gym or sports club, it might form part of a broader investment in member experience and recovery facilities.

That's why we don't see ourselves as simply selling saunas. We're helping our customers build something of their own.

Build it properly. Build it to last. Build it with pride.

Handcrafted at Our Galway Manufacturing Facility

Our saunas are manufactured at our purpose-built 900sqm facility in Corr na Móna, County Galway. This is not simply a showroom. This is where we build.

It's where timber is selected and prepared. Where structures take shape. Where interiors are fitted. Where benches are fabricated. Where heating systems and components are integrated. Where finishing work is completed. And where completed saunas leave the workshop ready for their new owners.

Keeping manufacturing in house means our team remains closely involved throughout the build process, from initial conversations and design decisions through manufacturing and final handover, you're dealing with the company actually making your sauna.

Built for Commercial Use

A sauna intended for regular commercial operation has very different demands from a lightly used domestic garden sauna. Our commercial mobile sauna range is designed around the requirements of businesses operating regularly throughout the year.

Our approach focuses on areas including:

• Commercial grade construction
• High performance insulation
• Carefully selected sauna timbers
• Practical ventilation
• Robust trailer based construction
• Commercial heating options
• Maintainable interior layouts
• Practical cleaning and day to day operation
• Materials and finishes selected with the Irish climate in mind

Every customer's intended use is different, so specifications and options can be discussed as part of the project.

Come and See Where Your Sauna Is Built

Buying a commercial sauna is a significant investment. We believe you should know who you're buying it from and where it's being made.

That's why prospective customers are welcome to visit us in Corr na Móna, Co. Galway. Walk through the manufacturing facility. See commercial mobile saunas under construction. Examine the timber, insulation, interiors and workmanship. Meet our team. Ask questions. Discuss your project with the people who would actually build it.

There isn't a showroom full of imported sauna units. The workshop is the showroom.
