Starting a Mobile Sauna Hire Business in Ireland | Wood-Fired Saunas

Mobile sauna experiences are becoming increasingly visible across Ireland, from coastal locations and wellness venues to sports clubs, events and private hire businesses. For entrepreneurs and existing operators, that growing interest is creating opportunities to build a mobile sauna business around a professionally built unit.

A mobile sauna can be used across different commercial models, including private hire, corporate events, hospitality partnerships, sports clubs and fixed-location wellness businesses.

Irish Sauna Company manufactures and sells commercial mobile saunas. We do not currently offer sauna hire or rental services. If you are considering starting or expanding a mobile sauna business, our commercial mobile sauna range is designed for operators who want to own and run their own unit.

1. Bringing the Spa Directly to Your Door

One of the main advantages of a mobile trailer sauna for an operator is flexibility. A mobile unit can support different locations and business models, subject to suitable access, site arrangements and applicable operating requirements.

Modern, handcrafted mobile saunas can be positioned at suitable commercial, hospitality, event or private locations, subject to access and the requirements applicable to the site and operation.

For a mobile sauna operator, events, corporate wellness days and private bookings are among the potential ways a unit could be used.

2. The Rising Trend of Mobile Contrast Therapy

Sauna and cold-water experiences are often offered together by wellness operators, particularly at outdoor swimming locations, fitness facilities and dedicated wellness venues.

Depending on the business model, an operator may choose to offer a wood-fired sauna alongside a cold plunge or other wellness facilities. Any health, recovery or sporting claims should be considered separately and operators should provide appropriate customer guidance for the activities they offer.

3. Hand Crafted Wood Fired Authenticity Over Electric

Wood-fired and electric saunas offer different operating experiences. Many operators choose wood-fired heating for its traditional character, while electric heating may suit businesses looking for a different operational setup.

A wood-burning stove provides the traditional atmosphere, sound and character that many sauna users associate with the experience. The right heating option will depend on the operator, location and intended use.

The Premium Mobile Unit Lineup

When looking to hire or invest in a unit for commercial use, selecting the right physical scale and layout configuration makes all the difference:

• The Corrib: Our compact 4–6 person commercial mobile sauna, designed for operators who need a smaller-capacity unit.
• The Atlantic: Our larger 12–14 person commercial mobile sauna, designed for operators who need greater seating capacity for group sessions.
