The Workshop: Engineering the Irish Sauna Experience

Hand-Built in Corr na MĂłna, Co. Galway to Industrial Standards

At The Irish Sauna Co, we don’t just assemble kits; we engineer high-performance business assets. Every unit that leaves our Galway workshop is a result of precision craftsmanship and a deep understanding of the Irish coastal environment.

Our Manufacturing Pillars

1. The ISC Flowbase™ System

Developed in house to solve the #1 problem with mobile saunas: moisture and condensation. Our proprietary underfloor ventilation system ensures constant airflow, protecting the structural integrity of the timber and the chassis for years of high-frequency commercial use.

2. Full-Envelope Insulation

We don’t cut corners on thermal performance. Every unit features full envelope insulation, floor, walls, and ceiling. This industrial grade thermal barrier ensures your unit hits 90°C+ rapidly and holds heat with minimal fuel consumption, directly protecting your profit margins.

3. Marine Grade Resilience

We build for the Atlantic coast. Using Tikkurila Marine Grade finishes and A-Grade Western Red Cedar, our units are designed to withstand salt spray, high winds, and heavy rain, ensuring the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry.

The Build Experience: Total Transparency

Follow Your Asset’s Journey from Raw Timber to Site Ready
